Why Greninja Can not breathe

It pass some weeks and later.. Greninja and Delphox met in outside and this what it happen..

Scene 1:

Delphox: Hi, my love.
Greninja can´t said something and with his electronic voice said: Hi.
Delphox: Greninja.. are you okey?
Greninja: Yes, why?
Delphox: Because your voice sounds different.
Greninja: Ah yeah, it´s because when they cut out my tongue.. John gave me a kind of machine attached to a suit that helps me convey the water as it hit my mouth can not speak, but contains a chip that my mind helps me talk.
Delphox: Oh Ok.. but can i ask you something?
Greninja: Yeah, tell me.

Scene 2:

the question that ruined everything..  
Delphox: How can you Breathe?
Greninja: Oh, it´s simple. It´s from..
Greninja.. then froze for a moment and was so scared, he said in his mine.. HOLY F&%$#!!!!

Scene 3:

Then, Greninja was trying to off the machine and unknowingly bitten by a botton that made the tongue attacked Delphox´s neck pulling him.
Mordecai appear in that scene and he was see that momento and he called the ambulance and he broke the news to Penelope.

Scene 4:

Penelope call me and she said: Uncle John?
John (ME): Yeah. what it´s it? 
Penelope: I need to tell you something..
John: Happened again, right?
Penelope: Yes.
John: Oh man.. not again.
